Eles conseguiram compreender que estamos come\u00e7ando uma jornada de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. O objetivo do m\u00e9todo \u00e9 analisar processos operacionais ou administrativos, identificar causas-raiz de falhas e implementar solu\u00e7\u00f5es definitivas para aumentar a efici\u00eancia dos
