No primeiro Colegiado da Rede FGH ano, superintendentes, diretores e coordenadores se reuniram em dois dias para discutir a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos OKRs, metodologia de gest\u00e3o adotada pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o. O encontro, que ocorre trimestralmente, foi realizado nos dias 22 e 23 de abril, no audit\u00f3rio do Hospital da Crian\u00e7a do Recife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a programa\u00e7\u00e3o, cada gestor apresentou os resultados alcan\u00e7ados no primeiro trimestre, com foco nos objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de cada perfil de servi\u00e7o, mas sempre em conson\u00e2ncia com os pilares e valores da FGH, aplicados tanto no N\u00facleo de Gest\u00e3o quanto nas unidades. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeste primeiro encontro de 2026, o colegiado teve como foco a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e o alinhamento dos OKRs. O encontro \u00e9 uma oportunidade para a troca de experi\u00eancias e oportunidades de melhoria.
