Voltada aos enfermeiros que atuam na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade do munic\u00edpio, o encontro foi norteado pela tem\u00e1tica do acolhimento aos pacientes com les\u00f5es por press\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les\u00e3o por press\u00e3o (LPP) \u00e9 um dano localizado na pele ou tecidos subjacentes, geralmente sobre uma parte do corpo em que o osso \u00e9 proeminente, resultante de press\u00e3o prolongada ou combinada com cisalhamento. Afeta \u00e1reas como sacro, calcanhares e quadris, sendo comum em pacientes imobilizados.
