Mais de 80 profissionais de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos da cidade marcaram presen\u00e7a no XIII F\u00f3rum de Matriciamento, que teve como tema central o Programa P\u00e9 Diab\u00e9tico, e contou com a presen\u00e7a da secret\u00e1ria municipal de sa\u00fade, Yon\u00e1 Alves, da prefeita de Canhotinho, Sandra Paes e do coordenador m\u00e9dico da UPAE, Jonny Diniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O evento, que foi realizado no Audit\u00f3rio do CRAS do Centro Social Urbano de Canhotinho, apresentou aos profissionais da rede municipal sobre atividades de matriciamento, integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre a UPAE e da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria na assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos usu\u00e1rios do SUS.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFoi um encontro de grande relev\u00e2ncia, que nos permitiu dialogar diretamente com os profissionais da rede municipal e compartilhar informa\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais sobre os fluxos de acesso \u00e0 UPAE Garanhuns, desde a aten\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria at\u00e9 a regula\u00e7\u00e3o e o atendimento especializado. Ficamos profundamente satisfeitos com o comprometimento e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa de todos, pois a\u00e7\u00f5es como esta s\u00e3o fundamentais para fortalecer a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os n\u00edveis de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e qualificar, de forma concreta, o cuidado prestado \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, destacou o coordenador m\u00e9dico da UPAE Garanhuns, Jonny Diniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os profissionais presentes, m\u00e9dicos, fisioterapeutas, nutricionistas, enfermeiros, t\u00e9cnicos, agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade e agentes administrativos da rede municipal. Ou seja, um momento \u00edmpar para ampliar o conhecimento e aprofundar o debate sobre o Programa P\u00e9 Diab\u00e9tico, servi\u00e7o oferecido na unidade e que engloba toda a linha do cuidado para os pacientes acompanhados na UPAE.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tivemos, al\u00e9m de palestras orientando os profissionais quanto \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de sinais cl\u00ednicos; refer\u00eancia e contrarrefer\u00eancia; insumos adequados; e at\u00e9 crit\u00e9rios de encaminhamento para nossa unidade, atividades pr\u00e1ticas que foram fundamentais para a discuss\u00e3o\u201d, comentou a nutricionista da UPAE Garanhuns, Laila Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duas oficinas cl\u00ednicas foram conduzidas com pacientes reais, promovendo uma troca de experi\u00eancias entre equipes assistenciais.
