A FGH\u00a0 realizou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (03), a primeira reuni\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea de Sistema da \u00e1rea de Atendimento. O encontro teve como objetivo alinhar processos, aprimorar fluxos operacionais e fortalecer a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua dos profissionais que atuam nas recep\u00e7\u00f5es, portarias e centrais de servi\u00e7o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.

<\/strong> O comit\u00ea, rec\u00e9m-formado, reuniu os profissionais designados como multiplicadores e agentes de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, respons\u00e1veis por disseminar boas pr\u00e1ticas e garantir o dom\u00ednio dos sistemas operacionais utilizados nas \u00e1reas de portaria, recep\u00e7\u00f5es, centrais de marca\u00e7\u00e3o e chamados de maqueiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m dos representantes da \u00e1rea de Atendimento, participaram do encontro colaboradores dos setores de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (TI) e da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente, que s\u00e3o fundamentais no suporte \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento e aperfei\u00e7oamento dos processos internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a diretora de Atendimento da FGH, Ana Paula Paiva, o encontro marca um passo importante na busca pela excel\u00eancia. \u201cA \u00e1rea de Atendimento, enquanto apoio \u00e0 assist\u00eancia, busca constantemente o aperfei\u00e7oamento de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es. Garantir que todos os profissionais envolvidos na jornada do usu\u00e1rio estejam capacitados e preparados para prestar o melhor acolhimento \u00e9 fundamental para oferecer uma experi\u00eancia de qualidade e um ambiente seguro para nossos pacientes\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Comit\u00ea de Sistema se prop\u00f5e a ser um espa\u00e7o permanente de troca, alinhamento e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es, visando n\u00e3o apenas a efici\u00eancia operacional, mas tamb\u00e9m o fortalecimento do cuidado centrado no paciente. Novos encontros j\u00e1 est\u00e3o previstos, com foco na atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas, melhoria dos fluxos e desenvolvimento de novas estrat\u00e9gias para qualificar ainda mais o atendimento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
