Durante toda a semana, diversas atividades foram realizadas com o objetivo de promover o bem-estar f\u00edsico e mental dos colaboradores da unidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A SIPAT teve in\u00edcio com o Cine Seguran\u00e7a, apresentando um curta-metragem sobre sa\u00fade mental e ressaltando a import\u00e2ncia desse cuidado no ambiente de trabalho. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o incluiu palestras sobre Vida Plena e uma roda de conversa sobre Gerenciamento do Estresse no Trabalho, conduzida pelas psic\u00f3logas da unidade. Al\u00e9m disso, foram promovidas din\u00e2micas em grupo, como o tabuleiro humano, e momentos de relaxamento com massagens, proporcionando um ambiente de descompress\u00e3o para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A semana foi encerrada com a Terapia do Abra\u00e7o e o Concurso de Frases Motivacionais, cujos vencedores foram divulgados durante o evento final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o Engenheiro de Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho do HDH, Rafael Coutinho, a Sipat \u00e9 fundamental para os colaboradores, pois promove a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre seguran\u00e7a e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes. \u201cAtrav\u00e9s das atividades da Sipat, os colaboradores t\u00eam a oportunidade de aprender sobre pr\u00e1ticas seguras, preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as ocupacionais e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade mental.
