O objetivo \u00e9 fortalecer o compromisso da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de conduzir, de forma \u00edntegra, \u00e9tica e transparente, todos seus processos e a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA ideia \u00e9, n\u00e3o s\u00f3, garantir a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um elevado padr\u00e3o de integridade, legalidade e transpar\u00eancia, combatendo e punindo atos lesivos e desvios de conduta, mas tamb\u00e9m refor\u00e7ando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura de conformidade e compliance em cada profissional que atua na FGH. Cobraremos e exigiremos o compromisso de cada um, desde a alta dire\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o colaborador terceirizado\u201d, comentou o presidente da FGH, Domingos Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste trabalho, a equipe de Compliance da FGH j\u00e1 colocou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do time de colaboradores uma s\u00e9rie de documentos que espera guiar e orientar a todos nesse processo, como um novo Manual do Sistema de Gest\u00e3o Integrado &#8211; Compliance do Programa de Integridade e Antissuborno; um novo Manual de Condutas e Normas \u00c9ticas, a Pol\u00edtica Anticorrup\u00e7\u00e3o e Antissuborno, al\u00e9m de procedimentos espec\u00edficos visando a obten\u00e7\u00e3o da permanente melhoria do nosso Programa de Integridade e Antissuborno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao longo das pr\u00f3ximo dias ser\u00e3o iniciadas as diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es de treinamento que foram definidas no cronograma de execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa. Al\u00e9m disso, a FGH est\u00e1 concluindo o processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo Canal de Den\u00fancia, operado por uma empresa especializada e independente. At\u00e9 que ele esteja dispon\u00edvel, os relatos continuam sendo apresentados no canal de den\u00fancia dispon\u00edvel no Portal da FGH, pelo link: https:\/\/fghsaude.org.br\/home\/compliance\/.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPara esse processo, contamos com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e efetiva participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os nossos Colaboradores. Reiteramos, ainda, o compromisso da FGH em apurar todos os relatos que nos sejam apresentados, o que se dar\u00e1 de forma totalmente confidencial.
